We start our garage floor epoxy installation process by cleaning and inspecting your existing floor for damage. If any damage is found, such as cracks, chipping, or flaking, we’ll repair it before moving forward. Next, we’ll begin the surface preparation. Surface prep involves grinding down your concrete using a floor grinder fitted with a diamond grinding wheel to ensure proper adhesion between the epoxy and substrate. We’ll mix the epoxy resin and hardener with the surface prepped and start pouring it over the floor. We’ll finish the floor with a clear top coat, and it’ll need time to cure. Your garage floor will be fully cured after 72 hours.
